Today is National Chocolate Day! In honor of the sweet treat, let’s dispel some common chocolate myths. Chocolate can be very healthy in moderation. Just make sure you are eating REAL chocolate (or cacao) instead of processed candy bars with additives. Chocolate gets a bad reputation for being the junkiest of junk food, right up there with fast food, late night binges and colorfully wrapped sweets. But, would a true food villain have this many health benefits?
