6. DIY Corn Chips

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn
1/4 cup cilantro, dried
Sea salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Blend corn and cilantro in a food processor.
2. Spread evenly on wax paper. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Let dry until crisp, about 12 hours.

the popcorn one sounds interesting, not a big fan of it myself though! carrot sticks and home-made dips; and cutting up root veg thinly, like sweet potato etc; and making your own crisps thanks!

I test drove the ice cream, one with peanut butter, and one without, I love them both. I will try the corn chips, this would certainly be less fat!
