Take a soothing bath:
1. Add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath and soak for 10 minutes.
2. Add ½ cup of baking soda and a small handful of sea salt.
3. Take an oatmeal bath: Add two cups of oatmeal to the bottom of a nylon sock. Tie up the sock, and let warm water pour over the pouch. Leave pouch in tub as you bathe.

Always handy to know...
I have always found that hydrating on the outside with almond and lavender oil has soothed and healed quickly. Lavender is one of those amazing does everything gifts of nature. Amongst it's many blessings it heals skin quickly while protecting from infection, creates scar tissue when it is needed and then breaks scar tissue down once it has done it's job! Wonderful. Plus it smells delicious and mosquitos hate it.
another way is to visit the U K its always raining and wet with no chance of getting a sun tan. who said as to the ozone the world getting hotter? as over here it look like we going back to the ice age
I tried white youghurt and it really works:)
