Oh yes, a hangover can eradicate the memries of a good time. Not worth it... moderation is the key. Thanks, very interesting .
Interesting and useful

A friend of mine who likes a glass or two or ....of wine suggested putting ice blocks in the wine, stops the dehydration. Guess what, it has definitely worked for me.
I have the perfect cure for a hangover.
Don't drink so much that you're hungover the next day.
Anyway, if you're dehydrated, bananas are great for replacing the potassium that you lost while letting your fluids. It cuts down on the achiness you feel. I'll take that with my eggs benedict for my breakfast anyway, even if I don't have a hang over.
