7. Fidgeting.

This may be some relief to all of my fellow fidgeters out there: we tend to have faster metabolisms, better circulation, and less joint and back pain. And it’s not just the physical stuff- fidgeters also tend to have stronger memories, more effective thought processes, and lower stress levels when we’re in the act.

Dammit! I have been trying to get my partner to stop biting his nails for years! and the one "bad habit" he happened to read over my shoulder was the nail biting one! now he has an argument lol.

I was fine until I got to the end, I had a coworker that spit on the sidewalk as soon as we were out of the office... my gag reflex can´t take that anymore.
