How about Venice?
The whole city is considered pretty much endangered due to rising sea levels. It's city contains a plethora of historical and cultural artefacts too!

I want to go to all of these places. It isn't just a history in one place or another. This is OUR history. All of us. human kind. Why would we risk losing this? For a little cash? For instant gratification that won't matter in 5 or 10 years? Sad
