HEATHER G: The way I read it is that it 1. will not eliminate any fat and 2. it prevents formation…
Is the corresponding to the done to someone getting done to the culprits and the indifferent ones? …
Thank you.
Very cute & you won't have to worry about mice or other vermin getting into your house :-)

good to know
I drink way more water than 8 glasses. Thanks
WIN! I detest water. I thought i was alone, but actually I have met a number of people who simply do not enjoy drinking water. I prefer juices and teas
I never couldn't drink 8 glasses a day
Interesting, the Newslook box states re: the CBC video: "Sorry, playback is not allowed in your region".
Well, fine, but CBC did an item on this two days ago which went into an urban myth about needing 8 glasses of purely water, not tea or whatever.
Never drink that amount of purely water, but water is included with my home made ginger tea and other water based drinks, while surviving off the water in veggies, fruits. Still alive as who wants to drink Smith Falls water or water out of a plastic bottle!
I guess it depends on what you're doing and if you're sick or pregnant etc
A GIANT NO!!! Your body will always tell you when you are beginning to dehydrate!
I've known 3 people who ended up in the hospital with hypokalemia....from washing all the potassium out of their bodies by drinking too much water.
Too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
Your body knows how much you need to drink.
I think it depends on each individual's body and lifestyle. I have a terribly high metabolism and I tend to sweat easily.I also exercise a fair bit. So I'll probably die from dehydration if I don't drink enough water. It differs from person to person. You are the best judge as to whether you need to drink water and the quantity to drink.
