thanks for the list! kale i'm trying to get used to, but yet to find a recipe i really like, but now have a few to try out. as for spinach, i love it! either raw or cooked in pasta, goes down a treat. i'm not sure what the broccoli rabe has any difference to normal broccoli, or purple sprouting broccoli? the dandelions can also be substituted with nettles, but obviously you have to at least blanch them first! almost all leaves on all veg can be eaten. not sure about cabbage, yuk!
