agree Deborah P,and cant imagine why one wld imagine that most people arent eating most of these items-tho certainly not the ghee or the chicken!

Oh dear. NOT a very successful article. One recipe could not decide if we should use the dried leaves or the seeds of the fenugreek, and another site has been completely hi-jacked by some sort of cheap sale goods. Better luck next time. Or even better, do the research.
