A simple and delicious snack, these crackers should be eaten soon and stored in an air-tight container. If this recipe is just too simple for you, consider adding some dried herbs or spices before baking. 4. Wonton Crackers
- 12-16 Wonton wrappers
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly-ground pepper
- Black sesame seeds (optional)
Oven Temperature: 375 degrees.
1. On a rimmed baking sheet, place wonton wrappers without overlapping them. Brush on olive oil with a pastry brush. Sprinkle desired amount of salt, pepper, and optional sesame seeds.
2. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and place crisps on a wire rack. Let cool completely before eating.
