1. Read – Books are everywhere and they can take you from where you are right now to where you want to be. There are self-help and inspirational books that will open your heart and mind to the possibilities that you desire, and plenty of fiction to awe, inspire, and entertain you. Biographies, healthy living resources, how-to-do-anything-in-the-world-that-you-could-possibly-want-to-do books and much, much more are flowing abundantly throughout our communities waiting to support you. And if you’re like me, you have some of these treasures already in your home. Grab one and dig in! If not, go to the library or a book-loving friend’s house and borrow one or two to get you started.
