Ancient Celtic Peace Blessing

Ancient Celtic Peace Blessing

World peace may feel unattainable, but truly it can all start with each one of us. Read this inspiring ancient Celtic blessing that shows us the way:

If there is righteousness in the heart

If there is righteousness in the heart,
there will be beauty in the character.
If there is beauty in the character,
there will be harmony in the home.
If there is harmony in the home,
there will be order in the nation.

If there is order in the nation,
there will be peace in the world.
So let it be.

This blessing is so true, and it is so beautiful. If you really concentrate on what it says, it explains a lot about why our world is in the shape it is in. It rather reminds me of the poem that involves "for want of a shoe, a horse was lost...". If we look closely enough, we can easily see that the lack of the simplest, most integral things causes the downfall of so many. Thanks for all of these celtic blessings.
