Ancient Chinese Acne Remedy

Acne is often caused by a disruption of the hormonal system, and aggravated by bad diet and stress. This ancient Chinese secret for bringing the hormones back into balance will help to clear up acne as it helps you to feel more energized and whole.

Find out the remedy here:

1. Stand with your legs spread shoulder-width apart, hold your arms straight out in front of you, and interlock your fingers.

2. Inhale and lift your hands over your head. As you exhale, move your upper body from right to left with your back bent slightly backward, using the strength of your hips to do this.

3. Inhale again and return to your starting position while exhaling. Repeat this exercise eight times.

Thank you for this, I will try even though I might have a problem interpreting the exact move, a sketch or video would be good.

Easy enough - even for those who can't get the hang of meditation.

I've always had bad acne. It's not that bad when in sunlight, and it seems to have been getting better recently.
I really hate to say it, but the only thing that has ever worked was a prescription ointment.
Veganism helps... Apple cider vinegar helps a lot, too. I have also used tea tree oil (works, but very drying), vitamin E oil, eucalyptus, lemon, and sugar scrubs (which work, but they make my skin sticky!)

I'm currently using the ACV a lot, eating very clean (granola seems to be a huge culprit), some tea tree oil, too.
I will add this and tell you how it works in a week.
