The short answer to this question is–drum roll, please–yes. They really do. While studies are ongoing, and in many cases experts still don’t know exactly how these superfoods work, there’s strong evidence that certain fruits and vegetables rich in plant-based nutrients can both prevent tumors from starting and halt their growth. Scary! How can I avoid that store chain of meat too? Can you share it with me?

Ugh! I am a bit anxious in case I am one of their customers and I try my very best to eat healthy, as much as my purse can afford.

I also don't believe the FDA is flawless and I know there are many unscrupulous companies out there, just concerned about making money. I bet the workers don't even buy their own meat for their consumption. I don't want to be a victim!

i DO hope that anyone who thinks that it is impossible for the FDA to be flawed is joking. i would not trust the FDA if they were telling the truth.

somewhere else i mentioned that i used to work for a meat company. this was this incident one time where the FDA shut down a major store's meat packing section. that store ended up moving their packing to another state where the FDA was not as powerful.

the reason the store's meat packing section was shut down? -- every morning when the meat was cut the butchers would let all the blood drain out of the meat. 10 - 15 hours later, after the maggots and flies had their way with the meat, the butchers would package the meat, injecting dyes into it to get the colour back to red.

then the company got raided by the FDA, shut down, and moved away for a number of years.

do you REALLY think that they stopped their meat packing process in the state they moved to? yeah right! i don't and have not bought from that store chain ever since -- and that has been since 1980.

"FDA’s process was flawed"

"No, that's IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!"

Not impossible at all. In fact, it's commonplace. It is corrupt with politics and greed.

Please, Please, Please Make receipes WITHOUT SUGAR.
When is anybody going to finally understand that what is giving us all this diabetes is all of the idiotic sugar we keep putting in our mouths !!! Good Grief !!! Brown sugar is just refined sugar with molasses added to make it Look Right. You want the Right Stuff, buy "Grandma's Molasses," and use that. IT has
all the stuff God put into it. Nothing else does. Or Natural Honey. As little as possible. The only sugar we Evolved with
was Fresh Fruit, straight off the tree. That's all we really need.
