Well, I know that about half an hour after drinking tea or coffee I'm off to the toilet. Only drink one cup of coffee a day, after breakfast, and two or three cups of tea.
I notice that the need to urinate seems more urgent after tea or coffee, unlike the slow build-up from other drinks.
Ahahaha, I agree with Elaine. I dont smoke, I dont drink alcohol, I dont do drugs, and you expect me to worry about my daily dose of caffeine? **** please ;)
Maybe I need to drink more water, but I cant NOT have caffeine.
What can I say? Had coffee since 3 years old (50/50 coffee and milk) and from around 8-9 years old just black. LOTS of coffee every day since, I even just it as thirstdrink when thirsty and never just plain water. Today I drink water all the time, but still a BIG coffee drinker. Now I am 48,5 years old and never sick or have any other problems. I don`t say it has to do with coffee but it makes you wonder. When I was 25 years old I figure out I had filtred 458kg of coffee, and today at least twice that amount. Maybe I`m a "black" man inside :-)
Great - thank you, not that it stopped my occasional cup of coffee, but just like to know the truth.
