Are You Ready for Hurricane Irene?

Are You Ready for Hurricane Irene?

Listen, laugh & learn with the Green Divas (and Green Dude Scott) anytime – Podcast here!

It’s been a pretty wierd week here on the East Coast. We experienced the shake, rattle and roll of an earthquake here at GD Headquarters earlier in the week and as of writing this post, we are prepped and waiting for Irene to show up and give us her best shot.

Our token testosterone was guest Green Dude, Paul Miller, of Sustainable Morristown, who is the center of the green and sustainable universe here in our area.

We had a wonderful conversation with’s very own Randy Paynter and of course talked a lot about ideas for storm preparations for you and your environment. We even had a listener call in with some great ideas!

Please visit our website for a list of some of our ideas for storm preparations and other relevant links & resources from the show – Green Divas website.

Hope you’ll listen to this broadcast!

What I have no mercy for are those that can just so selfishly think of getting themselves to safety and completely forget they have a responsibility to the animals that were entrusted to their care, being simply , with no regards to the animals feelings. Thus abandoning them, leaving them to suffer in fear and/or die, due the damage that befalls the place they live.

Its amazing to me that people still have to be reminded to be prepared, second only to how many people ignore it!
