Try to hold back on sharing all of your emotions today. You don't have to share every little thought you have with every person you meet in order to make connections with people. Let your feelings sit inside your heart for a while. Mull them over. This process of thinking before you speak is something you think you already do, but to what extent? Your growing tendency to blurt things out has caused you some embarrassment -- and that needs to be changed, don't you think?
