If you start to feel irritable, just take a deep breath (or two, or ten) and tell yourself it's all temporary. When you acknowledge that you're in a crabby mood, you shouldn't find yourself lashing out at others who count on you. Things should soon take a turn for the better and you ought to find yourself on the sunny side of the street -- and not a moment too soon!
