If getting a good night's sleep is a dream of yours, then Mother Nature says that you'll rest well if you mix ten drops of lavender essential oil with ten drops of chamomile. Blend those oils in an atomizer or spray bottle filled with spring water. Every night before you hit the hay, use this spray and start sleeping like a baby again. A cup of chamomile tea will aid these efforts, as will enacting that old adage of counting your blessings before slipping off to dreamland. Now there's a good night!
