Add a tablespoon of sesame oil to the bathwater and then place two tablespoons of uncooked rice and one chopped, unpeeled raw potato into a net. Suspend the net in the water. Lie down in the tub, close your eyes and massage the soles of your feet as you concentrate your attention on the end of your coccyx. After a good ten minutes of this bath you will feel energetic, alive and ready to take on the world!
