Stand up at least once an hour and stretch. This exercise is especially important if you spend a great deal of time sitting, as research has recently shown that sitting for long stretches can shave four years off your life. Get up once an hour and reach your arms over your head and then bend over and try to touch your toes. Breathe deeply. Live longer.
