Put a few drops of refreshing and restorative peppermint essential oil on a cotton ball and breathe deeply for a super quick mood lift. Or you can add three drops to a warm bath to rejuvenate and restore as well. Mixed with distilled water and sprayed around your living space will enliven your place, but just be careful to never use it before sleep. Inhale this essential oil late at night and the only place that you'll be slipping off to will be the club.
