You want to do nothing but drink green juice and nibble on kale chips after all the heavy food of the holiday season. It's not a bad idea to detox for a day or two, but don't go overboard. Soups, salads and fruit will help you get back on track.

Surprised about the celery tip. I too thought it was cellulose, empty calories. Learn something new every day. I guess a lot more celery is in my future!
