Adapting a recipe to a new set of dietary concerns is a work in process. Sure, you'd love to be able to make a lasagna for a friend who's both gluten-free and vegan, but in order to do so, you'll have to radically rethink one ingredient (hint: use grilled slices of vegetables for noodles).
