Kathryn Q. Maybe they're doing the work of helping you learn control, like WArrior Training-- if things weren't difficult I really don't learn much. I've grown the most when I was struggling.

Keep a journal so in time you can read back and see that what is hard now changes and isn't much of a big deal-- or has just been completely forgotten... It amazed me after I had journaled a couple of years, through the time of divorce, death of my mother and 4 moves (4 states), in 2 years...

Boy, oh Boy! I did come through it-- and my feeling is that you will too... Whatever the challenge is, learn about yourself from it.

anyone notice the change in the website design? how awful! terrible colors and things are much harder to search.....as someone who uses this site daily...very disappointed.
