At midweek, you may feel like the walls are closing in. Slow down a bit and bring yourself back down to earth. Think about getting in a workout at lunch, or at least going for a walk. Drink plenty of soothing green tea and take a few deep breaths when things get tense. Don't worry; with the right mental attitude, you should get through this day just fine.
