Love apples so I chop three up in the Cuisnart, add cinnamon and nutmeg, chopped walnuts, raisins and some honey with a quarter cup water and cook on high in the microwave for six to nine minutes. Chill in fridge and it is a delicious wholesome snack that really fills you up and keep things moving if you know what I mean. LOL
People always question about being vegetarian for the environment. I just feel like some people are so narrow minded when it comes to things like that.
Now I just need to get the people who live on the NJ beaches, to be more responsible for recycling all their water bottles, beer bottles and overall plastic!
