You take a myriad of often-expensive vitamins, maybe too many. Examine your present eating habits before taking that handful of pills. Chances are you may already be getting the vitamins, nutrients and minerals you need from the foods you eat. Only take such things to fill a dietary deficiency. As it is, you might be flushing most of it down the toilet!
