I saw a different video but there are the same comments.

The woman has a pyrrhura conure of a differnt mutation. That's interesting - I didn't know there were any. But actually she is taking a big risk letting all her birds in with each other. They can fight other birds in their territories, and there is sure to be a 'boss bird' whose idea of territory extends beyond his or her particular aviary.
