I never get the winter blues, I love winter, I can't wait for it, I'm really sick of summer at the moment! Yes, strangely enough, it's summer in Australia right now, our seasons are different as we are in the Southern Hemisphere of the planet for those who don't know. ROCK ON, WINTER!

I guess I have a mild case, since I really only suffer the sadness from January thru March 21. It's really about the angle of the sun in the northern climate. Plus, I'm vitamin D deficient, since I don't spend much time in the sun, anyway. My skin is very sensitive to the sun, and most ingredients in the sunscreens. I take vit D, and it has helped.
