Lively Berry Mask To Perk Up Tired Skin
Mix equal parts raspberries or strawberries and plain yogurt. Apply to clean skin and allow to dry, then rinse with warm water.
Here is a mask that can be made with strawberries or blueberries, especially formulated to reduce oiliness and exfoliate dead skin, so a fresher, dewier face will emerge!
Berry Oat Mask
1 cup strawberries or blueberries
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon organically-produced honey
6 whole almonds
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Apply evenly to freshly-washed face and allow to dry, around 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, followed by a cool-water splash. (Blueberries will stain clothing, so do take care).

I've noticed that people who actually eat a lot of fruit have beautiful skin. You really shouldn't waste food by applying it to your face. People around the world are dying from lack of food.

Would be hard to sacrifice the berries but maybe when they're really, really cheap. That way there's enough for both projects, the masks and the tummy.
