Oh good grief , I'm capricorn and I do not do jogging or running because frankly it's the one thing that really sets my asthma off ! (I do do yoga, swimming and martial arts though so I'm guessing the stretching bit is right)

I like to be active and moving, but hate to run. If I could get past that mental block, I know I'd be doing better. Unfortunately for my sign, there really wasn't too much actual advice, like some of the others. I guess it depends on your own dedication...
