I am a R.N. and spent years running, lifting, doing manual work is all part of this heavy
Profession, I had pain in my hips and back, and knees, just about every joint.
I had a bone scan, I was told I had genetic arthritis, the pain is bad, I was so fit, to even think
that I had any problems , now I am in constant pain, severe pain at times.
And it wasn't from lack of exercise, I had arthritis for most of my life.

i've to start taking better care of myself now, oftentimes when we're younger we don't think about it too much until it hits you, then its too late.

Thanks for sharing this video. I was so much looking forward to retirement, but the past has caught up with me and I do things at slow speed because of severe joint pains.
