Thank you Health Guru, for Sharing this!
I am a R.N. and spent years running, lifting, doing manual work is all part of this heavy
Profession, I had pain in my hips and back, and knees, just about every joint.
I had a bone scan, I was told I had genetic arthritis, the pain is bad, I was so fit, to even think
that I had any problems , now I am in constant pain, severe pain at times.
And it wasn't from lack of exercise, I had arthritis for most of my life.

thank you
