Stool Size and Breast Cancer Risk was such a popular post that I thought I’d venture further into fecal matters. I’ve showcased videos on fecal flora and frequency, but what about form?
The University of Bristol is a prestigious institution of higher learning, producing nine Nobel laureates and, yes, the Bristol Stool Scale, a medical tool used to classify the fecal form. Learn about the seven different classifications and how meat-eaters, vegetarians, and vegans rate in my NutritionFacts.org video pick (see above).
For more of the scoop on poop, check out my other 20 videos on colon health, everything from a Toxic Megacolon Superbug (4 min) to Greasy Orange Rectal Leakage (1 min).
