Build Your Own Pipe Bed Frame

The problem with the pictured bed design is that they didn't add a bar at mid mattress level to keep the mattress from sliding out the ends of the frame. Also, putting cross bars every 8" or so would dress up the headboard instead of just having the main frame that looks a little too "industrial" and gives you nothing to prop a pillow against if you want to sit up in bed.
