With the exception of the male emu who seems anxious to get the amorous attention of the lady, you might argue that the others animals (the kittens on page 2 and the bear on page 3) are not really dancing. Whatever they are doing, the dancing is all in our minds. Well, I say, never mind. Enjoy!
This Emu Loves to Dance
What is it? Jitterbug? Ballet? Whatever you call it, this guy sure has got rhythm as he works on getting the attention of his hoped-for mate.
One viewer said, ďReminds me of the time I went to the prom with my boyfriend and he started dancing!Ē
The kittens on page 2 dance in unison to the music, so cute!

Kitten Corps de Ballet
Here they are, black Oriental short-hairs, all lined up on the stage, or what passes for a stage, dancing along in unison to the music. A couple fall off in the middle of the dance but one gets back on and rejoins the troupe.
Iím told the conductor didnít use the usual baton but rather a small toy on the end of a stick. Why not? This wasnít the Ballet Russe; just a collection of cats.
The bear on page 3 has some real rhythm and does appear to be dancing to the music.

This bear may just be scratching his back, but he sure does it with rhythm and style!
