I used to have RLS when I was a kid but they called it growing pains. I had it when I was pregnant with most of my 7 kids.

Wow Andy, I'm glad you found some relief....was that an exercise you came up with or was it a recommended one by the Bullworker people?

I cured mine by doing a specific exercise with a Bullworker. Two straps are put around each ankle, and then pulled outwards several times, regularly.
