+ add your ownTo short to learn much. I have very bad lungs now at 66. They are bout shot I think. It is hard walking from one room to the next. Wish they'd ban cigs. from our world so people would have a better chance one day.

COPD - one asks if it can be cured - no, unfortunately it cannot. Once its there, its there. Learning how to cope with it, is all one can do. I started out with chronic bronchitis, and thanks to smoking, aggravated it to asthma. Today, I'm over 60, and its permanent COPD. Its not easy and I'm thinking of asking the doctor for a new prescription to help maintain my condition. Sure makes it difficult to travel up 14 steps on a regular basis, walk a long distance or exercise. But I'll keep trying.
