Coffee keeps you awake?! I don't think so... anyone who knows me well, knows I can sleep quite well after drinking the stuff :-)
It depends on how to balance as everything's got their values
Thank you for sharing.
my mom told us it would turn the soles of our feet black. We didn't get any anyhow. i love coffee but didn't give it to my children either.
It's def a myth but coffee do blackens your teeth.
i would not give my kid coffee. even decaf. just a bad habit to start so young. if they want to try it, give it to them without sugar. that would prob fix THAT problem
Personally, my coffee drinking started very young as long as I can remember my family went to Grandma's for Thanksgiving and as long as I can remember I drank coffee like Mom and Grandma and Grandpa did, Dad passed, since he drank enough coffee at work, not to drink coffee when he did not have to and my sister passed for reasons I don't remember ever sharing, then again, she was the good girl; I was always the rebel and the challenge. Looking back it was probably because Mom heard of this myth and took it as fact, but because I asked Grandma, I got away with drinking it.
