I had frozen shoulders, took 2 years and thousands of dollars to get back to some sort of normal, but they are still not quite what they used to be. I used a combination of physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractor and registered massage therapy over quite a long period of time, coupled with various exercises they each gave me. I did get some pain relief from something called Traumeel, but needed the therapies to get the movement back.
