Complications of High Blood Pressure

When I took a class on medical billing once, we studied a condition where a person develops sudden High Blood Pressure that is completely uncontrollable with medication. The result is always fatal within a couple of years. The BP just keeps going up, uncontrollably. It comes on without notice nor apparent cause and is always fatal. Its really a terrible thing to be diagnosed with.

i have had high bp for around 10 years now, but around 3 years ago, a new symptom started showing itself, where my pulse was extremely high-a resting pulse of 99-105 bpm. i was told that if it wasn't sorted, it was a question of WHEN i would have a heart attack/failure and i was told it was highly likely to be in the next 5 years. through changing my medication [again] and playing with the doses, we think it is under control. for the time being! i'm not letting it control my life, i have enough other long term heath conditions that cause me problems [i'm also registered disabled], so i'm not letting high bp beat me!
