Creating Soul

Creating Soul

All creativity is based on quantum leaps and uncertainty. At particular moments in time, truly novel ideas emanate from the collective bed of information. These ideas did not originate in the fortunate individual, but in the collective consciousness.

This is why significant scientific discoveries are often made by two or more different people at the same time. The ideas are already circulating in the collective unconscious, and prepared minds are ready to translate that information.

This is the nature of genius, to be able to grasp the knowable even when no one else recognizes that it is present. At any given moment, the innovation or creative idea doesn’t exist, and in the next moment, it is part of our conscious world.

In between, where was it? It came from the virtual domain, at the level of the universal spirit, where everything is potential. Sometimes this potential creates something novel, but in this realm all possibilities already exist.

So, if our bodies are recycled earth, our emotions are recycled energy, and our thoughts are recycled information, what is it that makes you an individual? How about your personality?

Well, the personality doesn’t originate with us, either. Personality gets created through selective identification with situations and through relationships. What we call personality is built on a foundation of relationships and situations.

According to many of the great spiritual traditions, one of the great truths is that “I am the other.” Without the other, we would not exist. Your soul is the reflection of all souls.

Using a word like "Quantum" does not have to be in the esoteric sense as used by egg-head physicists. " Quantum leap" is a term used in the vernacular by everyday people with everyday minds. (see Wikipedia")
People who have developed their awareness or consciousness to the point where they are aware of Soul dont need "evidence" based on the five senses. We are using here something called "Sixth Sense", otherwise : Common Sense. (!) There are many "Sciences" and Soul Science, or Spiritual Science, is no more based on A Priori assumptions than any other science. Every scientific discovery needs a "working hypothesis" and thats exactly what a Faith belief is. BUT it is not enough merely to have the belief, we have to do the homework and practise the scientific method laid down in the various scriptures (handbooks) before we can get any valid experience of Soul, or Spirit. The attitude expressed by a previous poster is neither scientific nor charitable. My confession: Me, I just envy Deepak. How about you? Envy destroys the soul....those people who have had some knowledge of Soul attempt, strive and struggle to enlarge and strenthen it. Others by scepticism attempt to destroy it. As Jesus said : " Blind Guides! Woe unto you! You cannot enter into Paradise yourselves, and you neither permit others to enter!

Lots of generalities here, but these statements fall apart in the cold light of logic. Try reading Martin Gardner's "Relativity Simply Explained" before moving on to any of the current crop of books on the physics of consciousness. Using a word like "quantum" when addressing an audience that has never made the intellectual effort to try to understand quantum mechanics is pointless. There is no evidence for a soul, individual or collective. The universe is awesome enough without adding mythology.
