I too, at first smiled, but when the puppy twice asked for help, to just keep filming....not okay.
Saw this video on TV. The puppy did make to his feet on his own. I agree they shouldn't have let him struggle so long.

I was really hoping the owner, or the cruel person behind the camera, was going to help get the puppy on it's legs. Terrible video. Started it with a smile and ended it with a sad feeling in my heart. Not cool.
