I find that eating yogurt every day makes it easier to tolerate other dairy products. That and plenty of water.

Don't know about the milk but I drink lots of water and use zinc when I have a cold.

I would have found that interesting - but no video appeared on this page.

I suffer from asthma or allergies, mostly in the late afternoon and evening so need to use puffers. Once or twice a year I get a bad sinus infection ... perhaps because I didn't use the netti-pot on that day. I definitely avoid milk at those times..... but all to no avail because the infection spreads to my lungs. I need to keep my finger on the pulse with these conditions and sometimes I slip up. (Pity I couldn't hear that video)
