Thanks for the video : D the hair is actually one of the last parts of the body to receive all the nutrients, so its state is really a good indicator of what is going on. I'd only add that for the hair that fall out you may use the "brew" of fenugreek herbs directly on your hair - it will surely limit the falling out in just two weeks : )
