only in america do people have monkeys as pets! as 'cute' as it was, i wouldn't leave them by themselves, especially when the monkey gets older!
Most of these little monkeys do not grow up to be aggressive like chimps or other apes. I knew a pet shop owner who had one for so many years that she died of old age, sweetness personified all the days of her life. Regardless of how anyone here personally feels about keeping primates for pets, you must admit that a life in a home with a loving dog and family is absolute Heaven compared to a life in a Laboratory. If more people had personal experience with these little things, perhaps it would inspire compassion and they would help us shut down all those evils chambers of horror that they call "scientific and medical research." Seeing something like this makes the victims REAL.
