Two kittens, Skipper and Tipper, also known as “The Bag Kittens,” were rescued by a dog named Reagan. The kittens were left in a Meow Mix bag, dumped on a road and crushed by oncoming traffic. Reagan found the bag on the road and managed to drag it, with the kittens inside, all the way back home to his owner. She immediately found help for the kittens and they were nursed back to health.
Unfortunately, two kittens out of four who were in the bag did not make it. But Reagan is considered a hero for what he has done. The two kittens are now in good care at the Raccoon Valley Animal Sanctuary. Skipper and Tipper are recovering back to their normal health and seem to be in good condition, according to Linda Blakely who works at the Animal Sanctuary.

Maybe the owner of those poor (but fortunate) kittens will be found and then we can put it (the owner) in a bag and leave it beside the road and let them see what the kittens suffered and the terror they were put thru until an animal angle with four legs came to their rescue.
It might seem a little over the top to many but I would have no problem re-educating anyone who could do such a thing. Regardless of their reason for doing ti.
