When one of my kids was younger, she developed large, itchy & reddened patches on her scalp that would flake. The pediatrician suggested OTC dandruff shampoos which did nothing. I eventually came up with a concoction of Geranium Essential Oil and Stevia Extract mixed with a little filtered water to aid in application. I would apply with a cotton tipped swab twice a day. It not only stopped the itching, but seemed to 'melt' away the large flaky patches. Within days, normal skin replaced the patches. She had these on and off for several years, and then seemed to outgrow it. I'll never know if it was eczema, psoriasis or dandruff, but whatever it was, this remedy offered quick relief.
