I have good news for you people. The thing is that I do not believe for a second that coffee is bad for your health, that the cafeine is bad for you, that if you drink coffee at night you wont be able to sleep etc etc. All are just things created and put in our heads by doctors or people around us.
I am SOUTH AMERICAN, me and my sibblings have been drinking coffee since we were just 2 years old..yes that's right. At dinner time what we have with our favorite meal is "COFFEE" we drink coffee all the time and this is in most of the South American countries. We don't suffer of heart diseases or insomnia for that matter, and we drink coffee since we were in our mother's belly :-). Maybe that explains why we "Latin people" are so HAPPY all the time and we see life from a different prospective. I lived in Europe for 14 year and now in Canada for almost 8, but I still drinking my South American coffee (exported every 4 moths directly from the farmer). However I have to say that the quality of the coffee we find in Europe and North America is does upset my stomach, but is not because of the coffee been bad for your health BUT BECAUSE of the way is roasted, It is almost burned and it taste like verything but coffee. Also Organic coffe does make a difference. My mother gets the coffee for me from the farmers, she roasted at home and send it to me wherever I go along with a delicious homemade organic raw chocolat!!!! so people, next time you feel like wanting a cup of coffee before be
