Eagle, Fox and Cat Gather on Porch

This home video of a wild eagle, wild fox and pet cats seems harmless enough, but the Forest and Wildlife Service has said people should not feed eagles because it could put them in danger from spending time close to human communities.

“Do not intentionally feed bald eagles. Artificially feeding bald eagles can disrupt their essential behavioral patterns and put them at increased risk from power lines, collision with windows and cars, and other mortality factors.” (Source: Fish and Wildlife Service)

When people are feeding wild animals they probably are doing so to see them up close and feel ‘close’ to them, without understanding potential repercussions.
